Perhaps the tv networks should learn a few lessons from IMC?  What happens when you no longer court and reward your most loyal customers?

Can you imagine having to go to a different retailer to buy each chapter of a novel that you are reading?  It’s absurd!  But, this very scenario is playing out in the television business.
